What to expect

We have an exciting opportunities for enthusiastic individuals to be a part of a dynamic team providing daytime group support for individuals with learning disabilities and autism. Based from our Turnstyle hub in Wallingford you will be involved in supporting in a variety of activities at the centre and in the community - including cooking & baking, swimming, arts and crafts, gardening, bowling, dancing, walking and day trips out.

You will need to be a people person - being fun, motivated and flexible in approach. In return we will provide you with a enjoyable, rewarding and vibrant place to work, making a real difference to lives of the people we support and their families, alongside offering sociable working hours (Monday to Friday 9-4pm). What you will need:

• Ideally, you’ll have a background in care or working with people with specific additional requirements, but we’re more interested in hearing from people who really want to make a difference to people’s lives. We provide full training and an induction to all staff.
• A positive, can-do, and professional attitude
• To be reliable and flexible
• A valid driving license
